Reviews
This hotel is stylish, gleaming with character and well presented.
Nespresso and water in the room.
The staff are friendly and attentive, they'll make you feel welcome from the beginning.
The room is spacious, super clean with quality furniture.
Big shower.
The bed is very comfortable.
It's only a 15 minutes easy walk to the Old town.
I 100% recommend this hotel.
Well located hotel in terms of transportation. 2 minutes walk to bus stop and tram station. But I couldn't find any grocery stores nearby.
Hotel rooms were good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good considering the price
Booked a 2 night stay at the hotel. Upon arrival we were told that our reservation was canceled by mistake and the hotel was fully booked for the first night. After a 1,5 hour wait we were told that we could spend the first night at an Inn …
This is a really stylish bouquet hotel close walking distance from the heart of Cologne and we loved it. Breakfast was included had great variety., including vegan, options. Nice Nespresso coffee in room and at breakfast and to top that all off the price is really good.
I am in Düsseldorf quite often and last time I tried this hotel different from the usual German hotel chains.. it is also a small 7 hotel chain with a very accurate and cute hospitality.|Comfortable, elegant, vintage style with young …
Modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff were really friendly too. It's in a good location with everything within walking distance.
Muze hotel is a bit out of town. It's a 7 minute walk from the center.
The hotel has no parking space and there is no possibility to stand still in front of the hotel. You can drive around the hotel to park there in the streets for a fee to (pay online download the PayByPhone app). to unload the suitcases. Furthermore,
we have parked in the: Q-Park city center. That's a 7-8 min walk from the hotel and here you can park for 15 euro per day.
Upon entering you will be welcomed with a tasty sweets. On the right side is the bar and also the breakfast room.
The welcome was neat and friendly we had an L room on the 7th floor that felt very small upon entry (room 75).With a small elevator you can go up or use the stairs.
The room was neat and the bathroom very spacious. There was only a Nespresso machine and the fridge was empty. All the soaps are from: Rituals.
There is a coat rack but it was not useful because the coffee machine is also on it. There is no place to place your shoes. And also no closet for your clothes or a simple hook on a wall. The lighting was beautiful and convenient and of course kudos for the electric Japanese toilet with shower and heated seating and Air outlet for smells.
The bathroom was very spacious here could easily fitted a closet for some storage space.
The beds were very good only for the winter I found the blankets a bit thin and light.
The bar has delicious cocktails unfortunately there are no snacks. So just a drink. There's not even some nuts or chips or anything.
Breakfast has everything and the Nespresso coffee in the morning is a plus.
Vegan options are also available.
Overall a great hotel. Not very noisy. Good service and great beds.
I didn't want to write this review because I wanted to resolve this issue with the hotel. However, after sending several emails and calling several times, I have had no response. During our stay, some things were stolen from the hotel room after we left for shopping. Our room was cleaned up but some of our belongings (for example my jewelrybox) were missing. We reported this to the hotel. We were told we had to come back the next morning when the supervisor would be present. We went back the next morning, but the supervisor was not there. We were actually sent home without the hotel taking any action. Without the supervisor they couldn’t do anything they said. The hotel would contact us about what to do next. After 5 days I sent an email myself. I had no response, so I emailed again and have already called several times. No one picks up the phone and I didn’t get any respond to my emails! I think this is really bad! My stuff is gone and they just don't take any action! This is ridiculous and I definitely would not recommend this hotel!
If you are looking for sophisticated and more intellectual concepts regarding interior design you have not many options. So this is a rare find. I dislike to stay in a Kindergarten like concept, bicycle on the wall, or dead because perfect …
Booked L room, upon arrival I was told it’s no longer available. I was downgraded to M room and was ok with the change and was too tired to really argue. Went to M room, with no AC and it was 33’c out, no windows in the room, it was extremely hot. Went down to front desk twice to turn on the AC. It was still not working, went down the third time and they switch me to the S room and finally I got AC. Today I’m checking out a day early and was told I still owe abt 120€ I just paid it as I was in a rush. Overall not great experience as I was downgraded twice from the room I originally booked and yet still “owe” money to the hotel it’s kinda crazy to me.
